About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the creation of a search strategy (including a comprehensive target company list and candidate archetypes) with client-side researchers
- Execute rigorous desk research on a search strategy for specific roles and projects
- Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
- Provide excellent client experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Executive Recruiting experience, in either in an agency or in-house setting
- Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring
- Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with recruitment analysis and research
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Technical educational background
