Partner with senior stakeholders across Talentful and client organisations to forecast, provide insights and deliver detailed reports.
Provide consultative improvements to the internal business model and optimise processes.
Requirements
Experience leading from the front, proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment, and managing a team with their own ambitious hiring goals.
Proven leadership with strong team management capabilities, able to drive team delivery and success across multiple geographies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames.
Ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy.
Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model.
Background in recruiting GTM talent.
Willingness to work hybrid in London (2-3 days per week).
