About the role
- Own the "hard logic" of our monetization engine.
- Manage the health of our payment processing.
- Monitor Authorization Rates, optimize MID routing, and ensure successful rebills.
- Build and optimize "Save Flows" (cancellation funnels) and "Dunning Flows" (recovery of failed payments) to minimize churn.
- Launch A/B tests on pricing elasticity, introductory offers, and checkout UI to maximize LTV without spiking refund rates.
- Keep a daily pulse on critical metrics: Chargeback ratios, Refund rates, and Trial-to-Paid conversion.
- Analyze drop-offs at the payment screen and implement features to reduce friction and increase trust.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in subscription-based B2C products.
- Proven ability to impact Revenue metrics (LTV, ARR, Auth Rate) rather than just vanity metrics.
- Understanding of the technical side of payments (Gateways, Processors, Subscription Management systems).
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Experience with product and financial analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Marketing.
