About the role
- Full sourcing cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and account managers to support active hiring processes
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS/CRM
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and workflows
Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research (tech is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to candidates directly
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
