About the role

  • Manage Talent.com's API and XML syndication programs (part of a team who works on these programs)
  • Provide support to complete & scale job publishing integrations with partners
  • Work with customer support analysts to provide best possible value to clients
  • Perform margin analysis and use the data for bid management
  • Provide operational support to build, complete, and scale job publishing integrations
  • Identify new syndication opportunities - aka, look for new publishing partners
  • Act as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience - ideally in the job board industry
  • Experience with paid ad management/syndication programs (Job syndication is a plus)
  • Expertise in strategies to improve ROAS via paid media
  • Experience pulling and analyzing data using SQL, Redshift, or similar querying tools
  • Good negotiation skills and experience managing stakeholders
  • Detailed oriented and a critical thinker
  • Good communication skills in English (written/spoken)
