• Advise on and implement technical SEO, programmatic SEO, Google for Jobs optimization, structured data, crawlability, indexation, and site performance
• Monitor results in Google Search Console and support organic growth
• Partner with the Partnerships team to identify manual processes ripe for automation
• Evaluate new AI and automation tools
• Build AI-powered workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents using various platforms
• Analyze large datasets and performance trends to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional projects with various teams
• Support and mentor less experienced team members

Growth Operations Lead, SEO

• Serve as the front-line technical SEO resource across Talent.com's global properties
• Advising on and implementing technical SEO, programmatic SEO, Google for Jobs optimization, structured data, crawlability, indexation, and site performance
• Partner with the Partnerships team to identify manual processes ripe for automation, evaluate new AI and automation tools, and eliminate repetitive work
• Build AI-powered workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Hex, SQL, Python, APIs, and other emerging technologies
• Support user acquisition by analyzing large datasets and performance trends to identify growth opportunities
