About the role
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach and networking.
- Develop strategies to reach decision-makers at enterprise companies by identifying the right contacts.
- Build pathways to connect and deliver clear value.
- Set up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives.
- Manage and expand your database and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Participate in pitch sessions, product demos, and training to strengthen product knowledge.
- Consistently exceed quota targets for qualified leads.
Requirements
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in enterprise companies across LATAM.
- Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs, using your own strategic approach.
- Identify events and networking opportunities that will help you connect with top decision-makers.
- Develop and refine cold outreach strategies, including cold calling and cold outreach.
- Preferred experience with tools such as Apollo, Amplemarket, or Sales Navigator.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives.
- Maintain and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Attend and participate in sales pitches, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
- Stay up to date on new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Practical experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
