About the role

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach and networking.

Requirements

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities in enterprise companies across LATAM.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs, using your own strategic approach.
  • Identify events and networking opportunities that will help you connect with top decision-makers.
  • Develop and refine cold outreach strategies, including cold calling and cold outreach.
  • Preferred experience with tools such as Apollo, Amplemarket, or Sales Navigator.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Attend and participate in sales pitches, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
  • Stay up to date on new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Practical experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
