About the role
- Manage and execute all activities related to the processing of payroll for candidates.
- Maintain timesheets and manage expenses through various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the company's CRM, Salesforce.
- Collaborate with consultants to process candidate hours and expenses efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on timesheet approvals against vendor self-bills prior to finalizing payroll.
- Support the Operations Director by preparing and sending self-bill invoices to umbrella contacts.
- Conduct regular audits of pay and charge rates within the CRM.
Requirements
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven track record in payroll administration or similar roles.
- Familiarity with UK payroll practices would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- High attention to detail with the capability to thoroughly comprehend and process information.
- Organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all payroll matters.
- 1-3 years of work experience in Payroll Administration.
