About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Test Automation & Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Robot Framework.
Develop test scripts utilizing Robot Framework or other scripting tools.
Utilize programming languages such as Python to create robust automated test cases.
Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Manual & Functional Testing: Perform thorough manual testing where automation is not applicable.
Collaborate with team members for cross-functional and cross-product testing efforts.
Identify and report bugs using Jira, Xray, or similar tools.
Team Collaboration & Education: Actively involve the team in quality initiatives and educate them on testing best practices.
Work closely with a dedicated product team to establish long-term quality goals.
Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD): Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or similar.
Integrate automated testing into building pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
Specialized Testing Expertise: Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
Domain Expertise: Ensure quality in domain-specific platforms such as Salesforce. Work on applications with complex integrations and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

+6 years of experience in test automation practices and tools.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and scripting tools.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) for clear and effective communication.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git and development environments like VS Code.
Strong expertise in designing test scenarios, bug reporting, and executing functional tests.
Bachelor’s degree completed
