About the role
- Build and organize lead lists for active (outbound) prospecting;
- Prospect companies interested in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS and RCS solutions;
- Qualify leads according to MailerWeb's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
- Execute multichannel cadence flows (email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn);
- Make first contact with leads in a consultative manner;
- Schedule meetings for the sales team;
- Update and maintain the CRM;
- Monitor metrics and performance indicators;
- Support continuous improvement of sales strategies;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years in sales or business development.
- At least 1 year working as an SDR in B2B consultative sales.
- Interest in technology and digital marketing.
- Experience in SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Pipedrive.
- Prior interaction with performance marketing agencies or products related to paid media, email marketing or messaging platforms.
- Experience in the technology or digital marketing sector.
- Familiarity with the Meetime prospecting tool.
- Experience with sales-funnel metrics and cadence flows.
