About the role

  • Serve as the quality and automation reference within the agile squad.
  • Plan, develop, and evolve test automations (functional, regression, integration, and API).
  • Promote and sustain a quality-driven culture, influencing practices from refinement through delivery.
  • Support the definition, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines, integrating test automation.
  • Work collaboratively with infrastructure and DevOps teams.
  • Ensure the reliability of test environments and the stability of automated test executions.
  • Actively participate in agile rituals (refinement, planning, review, and retrospective).
  • Monitor quality and automation metrics and indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Support failure, incident, and problem analyses related to quality.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior QA, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proficiency in test automation and test engineering best practices.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment workflows.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of infrastructure and/or DevOps (CI/CD, environments, cloud, containers).
  • Practical experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of quality culture, continuous quality, and agile practices.
  • Proactive, collaborative profile with good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
