About the role

  • Serve as the technical QA reference within the client organization, supporting decisions and best practices in quality.
  • Promote and sustain a quality culture focused on defect prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, architect, and evolve the test automation strategy (functional, regression, and integration).
  • Develop and maintain automation using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Lead performance testing initiatives and strategies alongside technical teams.
  • Support the definition of quality pipelines integrated with CI/CD.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other QA and development professionals.
  • Participate in technical discussions with product and engineering to ensure alignment on quality.
  • Monitor metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a QA Automation / Senior QA
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages C# and JavaScript
  • Experience with Selenium (C#)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience with performance testing and related tools
  • Experience with automation integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of quality culture, software engineering, and agile practices
  • Collaborative, communicative, and results-oriented profile
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of API testing and observability (preferred)
  • Prior experience in large enterprise environments (preferred)
  • English (intermediate/advanced) is a plus (preferred)
