About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the point of contact for client communication and work delivery, primarily via Slack
Assist clients in translating ad concepts into ad angles
Design static images and motion graphics for client projects
Review ad performance reports and summarize them into actionable client recommendations
Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they cause delays
Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality client work on time
Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4+ years of experience in a client-facing creative strategist role
2–4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting
Portfolio demonstrating design work for US-based CPG brands
Intermediate-advanced graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
Confidence managing timelines and juggling multiple projects and tasks
Excellent (C-level) English communication and project management skills
Ability to work full-time aligned with EST
Background working with fashion, beauty, and/or apparel brands is a nice-to-have
