Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and reporting
Create and provide custom / ad-hoc reporting as needed, including budget-to-actual reports
Manage outreach to suppliers / vendors to facilitate on-time payment
Manage monthly accounts payable process
Properly book and manage expenses and income for accurate reporting
Assist executives with booking travel, event coordination / logistics
Assist with other administrative and personal assistant tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience in an AR/AP or junior accounting role
2+ years experience with Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping (or similar tool)
Proficient knowledge of GAAP / IFRS accounting/reporting
Intermediate - advanced skills in Excel/ Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for internal team coordination / communication
