Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary point of contact for asset approvals and other tasks
Managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback between internal teams and agencies
Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows
Document clear action items and next steps after meetings
Own follow-ups to ensure completion of various project tasks on time
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to keep campaigns on track and on schedule
Support other teams by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time
Proactively address delays by having candid conversations with internal team members
Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals
Coordinate and schedule calls between internal team members and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in project management and communication tools like Clickup (preferred)
Ability to work full-time EST
