Key responsibilities & impact

oversee end-to-end order management, customer delivery, and installation operations across the U.S. market
ensure a seamless customer experience from order confirmation through final installation
manage stock allocation and inventory planning
lead delivery and installation operations for high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
monitor operational expenses including logistics, vendor services, installation costs, and supplies
establish and track KPIs including on-time delivery, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and cost per install

Requirements

What you’ll need

approximately 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, field service delivery, or installation management within a fast-paced environment
proven track record managing third-party vendors, installers, or field service providers
highly organized and operationally disciplined
strong problem-solving abilities and financial acumen
customer-focused and solutions-oriented
