Accounting Manager

• Project-based financial management
• Own and track P&L per project (fixed price, time & material, retainers).
• Build and maintain detailed project cost structures including team hours, tools, vendors, and overheads.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Tech Leads to monitor burn rates and cost variances.
• Support pricing decisions and margin optimization initiatives.
• Manage the full client invoicing cycle in line with contracts and project milestones.
• Track accounts receivable and actively follow up on collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with project teams and management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights to leadership.
