About the role
- Build and maintain dashboards for Collections and Customer Support performance tracking.
- Write and optimize SQL queries (Snowflake preferred) to extract, validate, and transform data.
- Support recurring reporting (BAU) and ad hoc data requests from business stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct basic trend analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers.
- Assist in improving reporting processes and contribute to automation of manual workflows.
- Collaborate with other analysts and engineers across the organization to support ongoing analytics initiatives.
- Work closely with APAC operations teams while contributing to cross-market reporting when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Analytics, preferably in BPO / FinTech / high volume operations analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred). Ability to write efficient, scalable queries.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni or Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly explain findings.
- Experience working with structured datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
