About the role

  • Build and maintain dashboards for Collections and Customer Support performance tracking.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries (Snowflake preferred) to extract, validate, and transform data.
  • Support recurring reporting (BAU) and ad hoc data requests from business stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct basic trend analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers.
  • Assist in improving reporting processes and contribute to automation of manual workflows.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and engineers across the organization to support ongoing analytics initiatives.
  • Work closely with APAC operations teams while contributing to cross-market reporting when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Analytics, preferably in BPO / FinTech / high volume operations analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred). Ability to write efficient, scalable queries.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni or Power BI.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly explain findings.
  • Experience working with structured datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
