About the role
- Lead data science initiatives that drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and recovery.
- Own the full modeling cycle: scoping, development, deployment, after-sale service, and monitoring.
- Embed with business stakeholders to identify, test, and implement data science solutions and develop a prioritized roadmap.
- Deploy machine learning products into production environments, including real-time inference, and iterate rapidly.
- Mentor and provide technical feedback to junior team members and develop shared team tooling.
- Act as a thought partner to business stakeholders, leveraging data insights and communication to influence company strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a data science role or equivalent position.
- 2+ years in a senior position leading the execution of end-to-end machine learning solutions for business stakeholders.
- Fluency with Python and packages related to machine learning.
- Comfort with SQL.
- Experience with the full modeling cycle, from scoping and development through deployment, after-sale, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated business value in previous roles.
