• Support high-priority business operations projects across the company
• Help with all-hands messaging, FDE hiring, and introducing new AI-enabled processes
• Contribute to pricing strategy, competition battle cards, and new partnerships
• Understand how the organization works, prioritizes, and measures success
• Proactively improve operations by partnering with Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A teams
• Help shape and evolve the long-term operating model
• Act as a force multiplier across the leadership team
• Own key operating cadences and cross-functional alignments
