Leading, driving and supporting the delivery of global logistics tech infrastructure initiatives with data engineering, in close cooperation with Product, Operations, and other departments within JET
Establishing cross functional collaboration between different teams
Making sure Logistics Engineering and other global teams understand local business needs, the required improvements, and the priorities for the systems for which you function as a subject matter expert
Providing in-depth analysis of our network of logistic systems to equip our stakeholders with the right insights in their decision making process
Organisational learning on Logistics innovation, in and outside your subject matter expertise, to help form a holistic vision on how Logistics can contribute to JET’s mission
Supporting Operations, Product and other global teams on projects, questions and improvements in relevant tech domains

Requirements

Prior experience in a Data Engineering position
Advanced skills in SQL and experience with relational databases; desired proficiency in data transformation tools like dbt
Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment and interacting with various stakeholders
