Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) within complex Human Resources environments
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A self-starting, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and maintain a well-organised workflow
  • A passion for excellence, balancing a broad view of the business with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to solve problems in an evolving environment
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking skills combined with the ability to execute initiatives decisively
  • Commitment to acting on opportunities and generating new ideas within an agile and fast-paced team.
