About the role

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities with selected Local Hero partners
  • Growing and developing your own client portfolio within the company
  • Account relationship management: providing excellent, independent end-to-end service/support and acting as the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts on all matters
  • Negotiating partnerships directly with key decision-makers
  • Close collaboration with your manager to achieve optimal results

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken. English is a plus.
  • Strong affinity for gastronomy and lifestyle — you live and love your local neighborhood
  • High professionalism and expertise in contract negotiations and managing strategic customers
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with convincing negotiation skills
  • Independent, highly structured and efficient way of working
  • Confident, assured presence and ability to work in a team are a given
  • Decisiveness, assertiveness and persuasive power
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in continuously developing and pursuing new solutions
