About the role
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities with selected Local Hero partners
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio within the company
- Account relationship management: providing excellent, independent end-to-end service/support and acting as the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts on all matters
- Negotiating partnerships directly with key decision-makers
- Close collaboration with your manager to achieve optimal results
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales
- Fluent German, both written and spoken. English is a plus.
- Strong affinity for gastronomy and lifestyle — you live and love your local neighborhood
- High professionalism and expertise in contract negotiations and managing strategic customers
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with convincing negotiation skills
- Independent, highly structured and efficient way of working
- Confident, assured presence and ability to work in a team are a given
- Decisiveness, assertiveness and persuasive power
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in continuously developing and pursuing new solutions
