- Design high-quality web experiences
- Design landing pages, feature pages, and campaign experiences that are visually compelling and easy to use.
- Apply strong hierarchy, layout, and interaction thinking to improve clarity and user flow.
- Balance brand expression with usability and performance goals.
- Understand and apply accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Work within and extend our design system to create reusable, scalable components.
- Improve templates, layouts, and patterns used across the site.
- Ensure consistency while evolving the brand for digital environments.
- Own moderately complex projects and initiatives end-to-end, not just tasks, with guidance from Brand Design Lead.
- Surface project ambiguity early and identify potential blockers, proactively proposing actionable solutions.
- Prioritize deadlines effectively, balancing speed, quality, and craft to consistently deliver polished, production-ready assets across digital and print.
- Maintains organized component and asset libraries that scale across the team, enabling others to easily adopt and build on established systems.
- Collaborate with the growth team on testing and improving page performance.
- Thoughtfully iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving priorities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience across key journeys.
- Partner closely with web developers to ensure designs translate cleanly into production with minimal to no rework.
- Work with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns and narratives to life across multiple platforms: print, digital, and motion.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, balance, and hierarchy
- Experience designing landing pages, marketing pages, or UI components for modern responsive or adaptive layouts
- Ability to apply UX principles like usability, information hierarchy, and interaction patterns
- Comfortable thinking about how design decisions impact user behavior and outcomes
- Experience working on websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects), and Google Slides
- Strong attention to detail and organized file management
- Experience working within or alongside design systems
- Ability to deliver polished, production-ready designs and collaborate effectively cross-departments
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience in print production, with an understanding of technical requirements and executional standards across out-of-home, events, and swag/merch applications
- Excellent communication skills, especially when working remotely and asynchronously
- Ability to clearly present work and explain design decisions
- Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and thoughtfully incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity
