About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing complex, high-scale systems
  • Building and scaling products that directly impact patients’ access to care
  • Work with a modern stack (Node.js, AWS, and other leading technologies)
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
  • Designing new product capabilities from the ground up
  • Evolving existing architectures
  • Driving end-to-end solutions — from technical design to production rollout
  • Collaborating closely with other engineers, product managers, and data experts to shape the next generation of TailorMed’s platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of backend experience in Node.js/ Python or similar
  • Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or others)
  • Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance complex distributed systems
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development velocity.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high coding standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of English.
