About the role
- Own and drive product execution across the product areas and PMs within scope, ensuring delivery aligns with company strategy and priorities.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of product managers.
- Foster a product culture grounded in accountability, ownership and continuous learning.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, prioritization, and delivery.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure product decisions are informed by customer needs and real-world usage.
- Support PMs in translating global product strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Establish and maintain product management best practices, standards, and operating rhythms across the PM team.
- Drive consistency in discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in how product teams operate and collaborate.
- Own hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching for PMs within scope.
- Act as a trusted product leader and escalation point for complex delivery or stakeholder challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
- Proven experience leading a PM team, with strong people-management focus.
- Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
