About the role
- Own the enterprise B2C marketing strategy and roadmap, aligned to company growth and engagement goals.
- Lead development of multi-channel patient acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
- Develop rigorous test-and-learn frameworks, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations leaders to deliver seamless end-to-end patient journeys.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital, SMS, direct mail, landing page, email, social, and referral campaigns.
- Partner with Shared Services for creative, brand, data/analytics, and marketing technology support.
- Ensure effective measurement and performance management, providing insights & recommendations.
- Build and refine automated lifecycle journeys and behavior-triggered nurture programs.
- Use AI/ML tools and capabilities to enhance targeting, content generation, optimization, experimentation, and channel orchestration.
- Work closely with Enterprise Marketing, Marketing Shared Services, B2B marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Compliance.
- Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory, privacy, and brand compliance standards.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of specialists and analysts; provide coaching and career development.
- Foster a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a highly regulated environment.
- Proven success in developing and scaling multi-channel consumer campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, segmentation, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to both strategize and execute.
