• Scope ambiguous customer asks, prototype quickly, and iterate into stable customer deployments using Tailor’s platform.
• Engage with customers with our Forward Deployed Product Manager to understand the customer needs, and iterate into stable customer deployments using Tailor’s platform.
• Productize repeatable solutions, turning bespoke implementations into scalable modules for accounting, e-commerce, logistics, and other workflows.
• Build and ship production-grade features across our stack — from front-end UIs to backend APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Work with the founding team to shape engineering standards, developer experience, and platform architecture as we grow.

• Translate complex operational requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications
• Facilitate design reviews with customers and internal teams
• Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers and product managers
• Identify recurring customer needs, workflows, screens, and interaction patterns
• Shape the Product Roadmap
