About the role

  • Drive growth through developing, activating, and managing the dealer network within an assigned region
  • Recruit and onboard new dealers in priority markets
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned dealers, maintaining consistent communication and in-market presence
  • Evaluate dealer performance and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
  • Own dealer performance across the region, including sales, retail success, and customer experience
  • Guide dealers on selling and positioning EV products
  • Deliver regional wholesale and retail targets across vehicles and aftermarket products
  • Create and execute territory and dealer-level plans to drive volume and brand awareness
  • Identify and develop opportunities with fleet and commercial customers
  • Promote adoption of Taiga's approach to EV sales and product positioning
  • Use data and reporting to monitor performance, track opportunities, and guide decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, dealer-facing roles, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally international
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, or EV sectors (preferred)
  • Background in dealer network growth or distribution models (preferred)
  • Exposure to fleet, government, or commercial sales environments (preferred)
  • Degree in business or a related field (preferred)
