About the role
- Drive growth through developing, activating, and managing the dealer network within an assigned region
- Recruit and onboard new dealers in priority markets
- Act as the main liaison for assigned dealers, maintaining consistent communication and in-market presence
- Evaluate dealer performance and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Own dealer performance across the region, including sales, retail success, and customer experience
- Guide dealers on selling and positioning EV products
- Deliver regional wholesale and retail targets across vehicles and aftermarket products
- Create and execute territory and dealer-level plans to drive volume and brand awareness
- Identify and develop opportunities with fleet and commercial customers
- Promote adoption of Taiga's approach to EV sales and product positioning
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance, track opportunities, and guide decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, dealer-facing roles, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally international
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, or EV sectors (preferred)
- Background in dealer network growth or distribution models (preferred)
- Exposure to fleet, government, or commercial sales environments (preferred)
- Degree in business or a related field (preferred)
