About the role

  • Deliver regional wholesale and retail sales objectives in line with approved plans and budgets
  • Support execution of Taiga’s sales strategy across dealer, fleet, and D2C channels
  • Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and market assessments
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage and develop Taiga’s dealer network across Sweden, Finland, and Norway
  • Support Network Operations with dealer recruitment, onboarding, and territory coverage
  • Conduct regular dealer visits focused on sales performance, retail execution, training readiness, and customer experience
  • Support continuous improvement of network quality and performance
  • Support dealers with lead management, product demonstrations, and customer engagement
  • Promote and support best practices in EV retailing, showroom presentation, and customer education
  • Ensure dealers receive appropriate product, sales, and EV training in coordination with Sales, Aftersales and Network teams
  • Act as a point of escalation for dealer and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support local execution of marketing and go-to-market initiatives
  • Participate in trade shows, demo events, dealer meetings, and customer experiences
  • Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments and provide structured feedback to internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, dealer management, or business development
  • Experience with dealer or distributor networks; powersports, marine, automotive, or EV preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a cross-functional, matrix organization
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and standard office software
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with high professional integrity
  • Passion for outdoor recreation, sustainability, and electric mobility
  • Fluent in English; Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region and occasionally internationally
