About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analysis of property documents and land registry records;
- Technical support in public expropriation processes;
- Processing the removal of restrictions and other encumbrances on the property title;
- Actions to incorporate assets into the company's holdings;
- Preparation of clarifications and statements for registry procedures;
- Follow-up and raising of queries with land registry offices;
- Legal and administrative measures for property regularization;
- Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in progress);
- Experience in the property/asset (real estate) area;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
