About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analysis of property documents and land registry records;
Technical support in public expropriation processes;
Processing the removal of restrictions and other encumbrances on the property title;
Actions to incorporate assets into the company's holdings;
Preparation of clarifications and statements for registry procedures;
Follow-up and raising of queries with land registry offices;
Legal and administrative measures for property regularization;
Perform other duties related to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in progress);
Experience in the property/asset (real estate) area;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience with SAP is a plus.
