About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct calibrations of required skills, ensuring alignment of evaluation criteria among supervisors.
- Support operations by ensuring alignment of information and processes to promote end-customer satisfaction.
- Perform monitoring of requests at headquarters, assisting in and identifying gaps in processes or deviations in performance indicators.
- Contact customers by phone and email to close the customer loop.
- Complete spreadsheets and reports, ensuring measured data is submitted for report compilation.
- Flag changes/corrections/additions to procedures to improve service-related processes and standardize information.
- Develop materials for monthly results presentations, presenting managers with process and people-related opportunities identified during the month.
- Perform other activities related to the role.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education level compatible with the position. (See “Appendix I - Career Guide” in the Compensation Policy)
- Not currently participating in another selection process.
- For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
- Not having been rejected for the same position in the last 30 days.
- Meet the minimum required tenure in the role and time since hire, according to the Compensation Policy.
- For operational positions: no disciplinary measures (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months and must have been in Diamond, Gold, or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
- For management positions: no suspension in the last year.
- 🔎 Reminder: updating your DAP profile, especially education information, is the employee’s responsibility.
