About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct calibrations of required skills, ensuring alignment of evaluation criteria among supervisors.
Support operations by ensuring alignment of information and processes to promote end-customer satisfaction.
Perform monitoring of requests at headquarters, assisting in and identifying gaps in processes or deviations in performance indicators.
Contact customers by phone and email to close the customer loop.
Complete spreadsheets and reports, ensuring measured data is submitted for report compilation.
Flag changes/corrections/additions to procedures to improve service-related processes and standardize information.
Develop materials for monthly results presentations, presenting managers with process and people-related opportunities identified during the month.
Perform other activities related to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education level compatible with the position. (See “Appendix I - Career Guide” in the Compensation Policy)
Not currently participating in another selection process.
For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
Not having been rejected for the same position in the last 30 days.
Meet the minimum required tenure in the role and time since hire, according to the Compensation Policy.
For operational positions: no disciplinary measures (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months and must have been in Diamond, Gold, or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
For management positions: no suspension in the last year.
