About the role

  • Collect and interpret data on performance, market, competitors and internal indicators.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support leadership in decision-making.
  • Build scenarios and simulations (forecasts and sizing).
  • Develop short-, medium- and long-term action plans.
  • Create predictive models or financial, operational or demand projections.
  • Define relevant KPIs.
  • Monitor results and compare them to the plan.
  • Generate alerts and insights on deviations.
  • Prepare executive presentations for the board of directors.
  • Use tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Recommend corrective and strategic actions.
  • Assist managers in setting priorities and allocating resources.
  • Participate in alignment and planning meetings.
  • Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and senior management.
  • Align requests, deadlines and expectations across departments.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in plans.
  • Propose mitigation measures.
  • Monitor risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education level compatible with the intended role (see “Annex I - Career Guide” in the Remuneration Policy).
  • Not currently participating in another selection process.
  • For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
  • Must not have failed the same role in the last 30 days.
  • Meet the minimum required time in role and since hiring, according to the Remuneration Policy.
  • For operational roles:
  • - No disciplinary actions (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months.
  • - Be in the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
  • For management positions: no suspensions in the last year.
