About the role

  • Manage projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance.
  • Act with a business-oriented mindset, strengthening client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within served accounts.
  • Serve as the focal point for client relationships, fostering alignment, trust, and a strategic view of deliverables.
  • Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders, anticipating risks and proposing effective solutions that generate business value.
  • Conduct contractual measurements and ensure the financial alignment of projects with the involved departments.
  • Oversee the technical team involved in projects.
  • Analyze performance, consolidate lessons learned, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Contract management experience with major players in the mining, logistics, metals, and related sectors.
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Strong experience in industrial project management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and tools such as MS Project and Power BI.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and strategic vision.
  • Advantageous: prior experience in commercial expansion initiatives, technical proposals, or retention of major accounts.
  • Degree in Automation Engineering.
  • PMP certification(s).
  • Demonstrated ability to work consultatively, identifying and developing business opportunities with clients.
  • Intermediate English.
