• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
• Perform user, computer and group administration in Active Directory, Office 365, InTune and other systems as required
• Server Administration including windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019
• Experience with Group Policy management and group policy design
• Configure, manage, and support Windows DFS file system for various departments
• Support and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure ESXi 5.5 and later
• Support system and user operational troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact
