  • Translate commercial, brand, and business strategy into clear, human communication that leaders, team members, clinicians, and partners can understand and act on.
  • Partner closely with the Chief Commercial & Brand Officer to align communications with go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and growth priorities.
  • Act as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive team on enterprise messaging, narrative framing, and high-stakes communications.

  • Support a modern internal communications ecosystem that delivers the right message, through the right channels, at the right moments.
  • Create shared context during periods of change - operating model shifts, growth initiatives, transformation programs - so teams understand the “why,” not just the “what.”
  • Elevate leadership communication at all levels and strengthen frontline connection to TAG’s mission, values, and commercial priorities.
  • Oversee enterprise external communications, including corporate messaging, executive positioning, media strategy, and thought leadership.
  • Shape and protect TAG’s reputation across earned, owned, and shared channels, in close partnership with Brand, Marketing, and PR leadership.
  • Ensure internal and external narratives are tightly aligned, reinforcing credibility, trust, and brand integrity.
  • Serve as the seniormost communications counselor during crises, issues, and reputational risk moments.
  • Anticipate emerging risks and guide leaders through high-stakes decisions with sound judgment and calm execution.
  • Lead change communications efforts with a deep understanding of how change impacts adoption, engagement, and trust.
  • Act as official company spokesperson where required.
  • Own enterprise social care and real-time engagement strategy, treating digital channels as an extension of the patient and employee experience.
  • Leverage social listening and employee feedback to inform broader communications strategy, operational insights, and brand decision-making.
  • Ensure the organization shows up with empathy, accountability, and consistency in public and internal conversations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing communications organization (~20 professionals) spanning internal communications, corporate communications, crisis/issues, reputation management, and social care.
  • Build modern communications capabilities that scale with a growing, multi-brand portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and excellence under pressure.
  • Navigate complex, matrixed stakeholder environments to build alignment and drive outcomes.
