About the role
- Support Division President in leading strategic, financial, and operational performance of a +25-location, +300-employee, +$200M division
- Share full P&L accountability and drive sustainable top-line growth, profitability, and compliance
- Collaborate with doctors and regional leadership to maximize sales revenue and improve clinical outcomes
- Develop and execute divisional growth strategies, price optimization, and product portfolio optimization
- Establish sales objectives, monitor KPIs (revenue vs. plan, contact rate, closure rate, gross profit %), and manage sales budgets
- Implement targeted marketing and patient acquisition strategies and leverage CRM/analytics to improve conversion
- Oversee day-to-day operations across centers, implement technology and standardized workflows
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost-control measures, and revenue cycle management
- Partner with clinical leaders to promote innovation, evidence-based practices, and clinical training
- Build and lead sales specialists, General Managers and Regional Directors; drive culture, engagement, and retention
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and manage risk mitigation
- Represent the organization in industry forums and strengthen vendor and referral partner relationships
Requirements
- Must have seven to 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- At least four years of experience in a selling role
- At least two years of experience working with sales technology and CRM
- Previous experience in a ClearChoice Regional Business Director role preferred
- At least two years of experience in a senior leadership role, working with C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree with a business concentration required; MBA preferred
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PowerBI required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, and process development skills
- Strong business judgment and high level of initiative
- Demonstrated ability to articulate logical and persuasive arguments across an organization
- Ability to respond effectively to multiple conflicting priorities and reprioritize deliverables
