- Provide a variety of massage sessions according to company-approved techniques and methods
- Assess clients’ conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sterilization in treatment rooms and tools
- Accurately and confidentially manage client records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Adhere to work schedules and coordinate with the facility team
Requirements
- Certified qualification in massage therapy or equivalent
- Proven experience in providing massage sessions (preferably in the Saudi market)
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and hygiene/safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to prove legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
