About the role

  • As a Junior Media Specialist, you will participate in the development, negotiation and operational management of media plans and activations:
  • Media strategy development: selecting channels based on each campaign’s objectives and media performance analysis;
  • Editorial and financial negotiations with media partners;
  • Providing well-founded media recommendations to sales teams responsible for client relationships and/or directly to clients;
  • Setting up and optimizing media plans;
  • Launching and tracking digital campaigns;
  • Monitoring cross-media campaigns (TV, Radio, Press, Digital) and negotiating compensations with media partners;
  • Market monitoring and staying up to date with media sales houses’ news;
  • Financial reporting.

Requirements

  • You hold a higher education degree (business school, communications school, or university).
  • Strongly interested in Brand Content and Special Operations, you already have an initial experience in media.
  • Your negotiation and analytical skills are proven; organized, rigorous and curious, you can manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively.
  • With a concise and responsive mindset, you can clearly present your ideas while taking client requirements into account.
