About the role
- As a Junior Media Specialist, you will participate in the development, negotiation and operational management of media plans and activations:
- Media strategy development: selecting channels based on each campaign’s objectives and media performance analysis;
- Editorial and financial negotiations with media partners;
- Providing well-founded media recommendations to sales teams responsible for client relationships and/or directly to clients;
- Setting up and optimizing media plans;
- Launching and tracking digital campaigns;
- Monitoring cross-media campaigns (TV, Radio, Press, Digital) and negotiating compensations with media partners;
- Market monitoring and staying up to date with media sales houses’ news;
- Financial reporting.
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree (business school, communications school, or university).
- Strongly interested in Brand Content and Special Operations, you already have an initial experience in media.
- Your negotiation and analytical skills are proven; organized, rigorous and curious, you can manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively.
- With a concise and responsive mindset, you can clearly present your ideas while taking client requirements into account.
