About the role
- Manage and moderate brand communities and social profiles (comments, inbox messages, and interactions)
- Identify real-time interaction opportunities (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
- Collaborate with creative and planning teams to develop and adapt content
- Monitor brand mentions and intervene in crisis management when necessary
- Support creator/influencer actions in interactions and social activations
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Community Manager, preferably working with advertising or communication agencies
- Ability to act in real time and manage multiple demands
- Analytical skills to convert interactions into actionable insights
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
- Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
