About the role

  • Contribute to strategic thinking (benchmarks, strategic and creative thinking), coordinate expertise and draft recommendations as part of pitches or proactive outreach to prospects
  • Support the team in improving and updating cross-functional tools and working methods (market monitoring, CRM, agency presentation, client references, etc.)
  • Help identify new growth levers for the agency (monitoring, identifying new prospects and new service offerings)
  • Conduct daily market monitoring and produce a weekly newsletter
  • Prepare analytical documents on prospects (in-depth analysis of the brand, market, competitors, consumer trends, etc.)
  • Participate in key stages of a pitch: prepare client meetings, co-write the creative brief with strategic planning, monitor creative development, and prepare presentation materials
  • Coordinate agency teams involved in pitches: creative teams (tracking creative development, debriefs and reporting), strategic planning, social/digital/CRM
  • Assist in preparing recurring New Business documents (agency presentation, pitch submission dossier, credentials & client references, etc.)

Requirements

  • You are currently a student in your final year at a business school, communication school, or similar
  • You are known for your boundless curiosity
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and rigor
  • You understand that presentation matters — form reflects substance
  • You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills
  • You dislike routine and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are eager to learn and keen to progress quickly
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
