About the role

  • Supporting managers: Assist managers with their day-to-day HR needs to align business performance with team engagement.
  • Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices across all Havas Play functions: recruitment campaigns, candidate interviews, debriefs, offers, coordination with the HR team for administrative processes, reporting, and onboarding.
  • Performance tracking: Coordinate and ensure the performance review processes for interns and apprentices (initial impressions report, mid-term review, end-of-internship/apprenticeship evaluation, mobility tracking, pre-hiring for fixed-term/permanent contracts, probation period follow-up).
  • Campus management strategy: Actively contribute to deploying our campus management strategy (partnerships with schools, participation in student fairs and events, recommendations to improve campus visibility).
  • Community engagement: Manage the community of interns and apprentices and build a pool of qualified talent.
  • Cross-functional projects: Participate occasionally in team projects (onboarding, employer branding, diversity & inclusion) and in organizing events.
  • HR administrative tasks: Administrative management: prepare new hire administrative files (internship agreement, schedules, Cerfa forms, DPAE new-hire declaration, health insurance enrollment), enter new hires into the HRIS, and liaise with IT to order equipment.
  • Absence management: Track absences (sick leave, ongoing absences, paid leave) and update records in the HRIS.
  • HR reporting and data: Contribute to processing and presenting HR data (HR reports, Group reporting tool, queries, BDESE).

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in Human Resources or Business
  • Prior recruitment experience required
  • Interest in exploring the communications/advertising industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities; team spirit is essential
  • High curiosity and versatility
  • Fluent English required.
