Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative, analytical, or data-focused discipline
At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising analytics, development operations, data strategy, or business intelligence
Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with an enterprise CRM for fundraising or donor management, preferably Salesforce
At least three years of experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, like Tableau or Power BI
Demonstrated experience managing or guiding a team or function
