About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced data models and predictive analytics for fundraising
  • Design, build, and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards and visualizations
  • Serve as the primary expert on extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Salesforce CRM
  • Partner with technical teams on data structure and reporting architecture
  • Mentor the Senior Manager of Fundraising Analytics and foster a culture of data quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative, analytical, or data-focused discipline
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising analytics, development operations, data strategy, or business intelligence
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with an enterprise CRM for fundraising or donor management, preferably Salesforce
  • At least three years of experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, like Tableau or Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience managing or guiding a team or function
