Overall responsibility for planning, implementation, operation and further development of modern IT systems and infrastructures
Ensuring high availability, performance and security of the system landscape
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
Technical leadership and active participation in demanding IT projects (e.g., migrations, system modernizations, automation)
Development and maintenance of technical concepts, documentation and operational processes
Professional support and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

Completed education in computer science/IT (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer, ideally in a senior role
Strong knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows, virtualization, networking, cloud and storage solutions
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, backup and security solutions is an advantage
Independent, structured and responsible working style with a strong solution orientation
Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
