• Du führst Qualifizierungsgespräche sowie Interviewberatung für Kandidaten
• Direktansprache von IT-Spezialisten und Beratung bzgl. Marktsituation und geeigneter Karrieremöglichkeiten
• Arbeit mit branchenüblichen Tools sowie Analyse & Testen neuer Tools
• Optimierung der firmeninternen ERP/CRM-Prozesse

• You are responsible for "doing the right things" and ensuring the product delights users and supports Splint Invest's strategic growth.
• You lead the entire feature lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, optimization, and iteration.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap (short- and long-term) in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research focused on actionable insights for customer retention and adoption.
• Produce complete, engineering-ready Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with visual mockups.
• Proactively monitor feature performance and initiate optimizations.
