About the role
- You are responsible for "doing the right things" and ensuring the product delights users and supports Splint Invest's strategic growth.
- You lead the entire feature lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, optimization, and iteration.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap (short- and long-term) in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research focused on actionable insights for customer retention and adoption.
- Produce complete, engineering-ready Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with visual mockups.
- Proactively monitor feature performance and initiate optimizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Product, Product Manager, or in a similar role within fintech, SaaS, or consumer app environments.
- Strong track record of delivering impactful features with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into actionable requirements and engineering-ready documentation.
- Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive progress.
