Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a high-performance environment (Tier 1 consulting, VC, high-growth startup, banking, or you've founded something yourself)
- Combine structured problem-solving with raw execution speed
- Super high bar for great people - know what excellence looks like (e.g. from environments like CDTM, MBB, A+ startups)
- Outgoing - genuinely like working with people, convincing them, and building relationships
- Deeply AI-native - use AI tools daily and excited about pushing the organization to do the same
- High agency, good taste, and resilience to sustain intense workloads
