About the role

  • Level creation, as well as testing and validating levels before release
  • Preparing levels for release and monitoring their performance
  • Pushing level changes live to make sure we hit the right difficulties and level quality
  • Reworking older levels and preparing levels for AB tests
  • Collaborating with data analytics to help improve level data dashboards
  • Keeping a close eye on the casual/match-3 mobile games market trends so that we can make sure our level progression stays up to date with the market

Requirements

  • Solid experience of working on a live match-3 mobile game
  • Knowledge of game level balancing and pacing
  • Strong understanding of level design concepts and ideas
  • Experience with working in a data-driven level design environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Understanding and love for sharing level design concepts and ideas, and working in an extremely collaborative work environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with Unity (the engine we use to build our games)
