About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product Owners
Be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes
Perform rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various ERP modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management)
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users, providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure thorough validation
Identify, document, and track software defects and system bottlenecks using tools like [Jira / Confluence]
Process Mapping & Validation: Analyze current operational workflows to ensure the ERP software accurately supports and optimizes business processes
Validate data migration and integration between the ERP system and peripheral operational tools or third-party applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
[2–5] years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor) in a testing, business analysis, or super-user capacity
Proven experience in software testing methodologies, writing test scripts, and executing structured QA processes
Strong familiarity with operational workflows (e.g., warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing)
Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Solid understanding of data structures; basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a strong plus
Ability to perform basic scripting analysis, utilize browser developer tools for debugging, and conduct API testing using Postman and standard web protocols.
