About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, authentically communicating Tactacam’s mission to enhance the outdoor experience through innovation to candidates across the country.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract passive candidates.
  • Utilize Semantic Search (NLP) tools to look beyond keywords, identifying transferable skills and hidden talent that traditional ATS filters might overlook.
  • Optimize the recruitment funnel by automating administrative 'friction' - such as interview coordination and feedback summaries - using Interview Intelligence and AI platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices, recommending and implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Tactacam's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist or another similar role with at least 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for various functional areas, including operations, HR, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), with preference given to Greenhouse experience.
  • Exceptional sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on attracting and acquiring high-quality talent.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
